I'm not an artist. All I can do is describe a picture of how I can see the image. I'm inspired by the melodrama villain and damsel idea of your list. Warning: since Elle has been nominated as the damsel in distress, she is going to be the one roped up.
Elle: I picture her wearing a long white cotton dress with a huge satin back bow and matching hair bow. Her long brown hair is gathered into a ponytail, with the tail styled into tight sausage curls. She also wears long white gloves and Mary Jane shoes. A cloth gag is over her mouth, her hands tied in front of her chest in the prayer position. I see her laying on the train tracks (if there would be a sequel, she would be bound to a log headed to a lumbersaw, this covering the two biggest melodrama perils). As for the rest of the ropes, that depends on what is felt for comedy effect (you can do so loose and so minimum that she is on her honor not to escape, or you can do so much that it is actually ridiculous).
Sunny: Sunny is our villain in this piece. So she will be wearing a female cut melodrama villain outfit, complete with black cape and handlebar mustache (obviously fake). Most of her blond hair would be put into a bun and hidden under the top hat. You could add a fake nose to her face (as most comedy melodrama villains have just that). She is probably trying and failing to keep a straight face, as this is probably the most ridiculous play time theam she has encountered. Or not. Prehaps later it would be her turn in ropes. Or not.
